National Beverage Corp., is looking for a Brand Ambassador Lead to support in store brand education on new and existing product launches. The Brand Ambassador Lead will deliver the Brands mission and story in a detailing and passionate manner that excites our consumers about our brands. They are to ensure that the Company and Brand is providing a professional, effective, and fun experience throughout all different kinds of events through our BrandEd program.

The following serves as an outline of the role and responsibility as National Beverage Corp. Brand Ambassador. The job includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Essential Functions Responsibilities:
• Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
• Manage local Brand Ambassador Team including scheduling and oversight of their day to day responsibilities
• Increase brand awareness by being a positive spokesperson and develop consumer excitement
• Capture demo results and report all pertinent data insights to Field Marketing Manager
• Communicate success stories, key learning's, and other activities to Field Marketing Manager
• Travel to other states within your region to support store demonstrations.
• Stay current and well-versed on all NBC brands and demonstrate effective communication of brand and flavor talking points.

Requirements:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to positively engage the public
• Represent the brands in a highly positive manner
• Understanding of both marketing sales fundamentals
• Deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding areas
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and lead others
• Must have own method of transportation
• Travel, weekend and evening work required

Education:
• Education-bachelor's degree or attending (preferred)

Core Role and Responsibilities:

Develop a tactical business plan for brand
• Complete a competitive analysis including identification of current and potential future threats
• Provide insights on specific competitors: marketplace activity, promotional pricing, SWOT analysis
• Develop sales forecasting to support the sales goals
• Create SWOT analysis for current packing strategies and sales situation
• Support brand plan by channel considering distribution, route-to-market and competition

• Train sales team members on street level marketing techniques for the market segment
• Interact directly with sales team members across multiple business units, customers and consumer

• Participate in the creation of a formalized communication plan for the brand which includes:
• Trade press packets and ads during key timeframes
• Outbound e-flashes
• Sample mailings to customers, trade presses and retail buyers
• Strategic plan for consumer advertisement through all media vehicles: sponsorships, radio, print, and web

Design and execute promotional strategies including:
• Participate in the development of brand objectives and strategies and implement the translation of
strategies to programs and tactics
• Sampling in target markets: recruiting, hiring, training, or working with outsourced agency
• Effectively communicate brand strategies to brand team, sales team and other relevant internal groups
• Identifying and managing three and four star events while identifying and managing consistency of the
• brand through team members on two and single star events
• Create specific marketing initiatives with regard to targeted market segments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, specifically in consumer, preferably beverage or packaged goods marketing.
• A thorough understanding of the marketing process with proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Proven success in multi-cultural marketing.
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills
• Ability to influence others in cross-functional teams.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training promotional staff personnel.
• Preferred experience managing and negotiating with outside agencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity in e-marketing methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to travel as necessary to manage brand building events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Turns on all support equipment necessary to run the facility as needed.
• Must do visual inspections and complete documentation during the run to insure defect free work
• Load corrugate, labels, bottles/cans, glue, carriers etc... in appropriate machines
• Performs minor package change-overs on equipment as required, as well as change- over to proper raw material.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment with regards to cleaning and clearing them of debris and materials.
• Assist line mechanics in machinery repair or other tasks as/if needed.
• Must insure that all equipment is on and functioning properly prior to starting a run. Air is on, all conveyors are on.
• Must do visual inspection of boxes to insure proper box/tray is used and the graphics on the box/tray are acceptable.
• Watch flow of materials, e. Cans/bottles/boxes/trays, etc... into appropriate machine. Clear jams if necessary.
• Must insure proper coding is on the bottle, cans, boxes/trays, and if applicable the graphics are acceptable.
• Must insure closures and lids are properly applied.
• Verify flavor and size according to schedule.
• Report any major defects to the Lead person and/or Manager.
• Monitor the machine while running. Check to see that all bottles, cans are packed into the box correctly.
• Fill glue pot's as necessary.
• Verify case code is correct as scheduled.
• Clear your machine of all products at end of each run and at the end of your shift.
• Must follow the work rules at all times. GMP compliance MUST be adhered to at all times.
• Is responsible to report any quality issue to the Lead person, QA Technician and/or Manager.
• Assist in relieving other operators for lunch breaks.
• Keep work area clean at all times.
• Shut down all equipment at end of shift if line is going down for the day.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or company representatives. Ability to effectively present information to management.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior bottling / canning experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Favorable background and drug test.
• Able and willing to work a flexible Full Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties.
